Summary

Fieldwalking in 1986 noted a small scatter of prehistoric flints and pot boilers. Several Roman pottery sherds were found here in 2023.

16 October 1986. Fenland fieldwalking WGY 9. Not ploughed, surface weathered and disced.
Along gravelly sand ridge protruding from peat by about 0.4m scatter of pot boilers and odd flints. Nowhere are pot boilers particularly dense. NCM.
