Summary

In 1986 a prehistoric flint flake was found in a flower bed on the west side of the school. The flake had been humanly struck and had a rather sharp edge.

Summer 1986. Stray Find.
Found on west side of Middle School (not on 6in Ordnance Survey, see 25in section in file). Surface find in flower bed:
1 prehistoric flint flake. Humanly struck but appearing rather fresh and sharp, but probably genuine. 7cm long. See finder's sketch (S1).
