October 1986. North side of field against wood in former parkland. [1].
Found with metal detecting.
Roman tinned copper alloy spoon bowl, mandolin shaped.
Identified A. Gregory (NAU) 23 October 1986.
NHER 23287, NHER 23288 and NHER 23290 were formerly wrongly included under this number.
E. Rose (NAU) 5 February 1987.
July 2019. Metal-detecting. Site extended to the whole field. [3].
