Dated 1740, extended northwest in 19th century.
Red Brick, pantiled, slate roof.
L shape, 2 storeys and attic.
Original range 5 bays, the central bay set forward under pediment with rusticated brick quoins.
Moulded brick platbands and plinth.
Rusticated quoins also at ends of facade.
Central 19th century brick porch.
Sash windows; Venetian window in pediment.
2 gabled dormers.
Moulded timber cornice.
Shaped gables with 19th century paired octagonal stacks.
Dated 1740 with 'I S' on south gable.
Matching 19th century extensions.

1 July 2011. Planning Application.
Removal of existing sheds and re-site existing garage. Re-alignment of access drive. Erection of ground array of solar panels. Replacement of thatched roof with tiles and installation of PV panels on approved car shelter. Formation of a raised pathway around dwelling. Extension and thatching of boatshed roof.
