Summary
Fieldwalking in 1986 by the Fenland Survey recovered a small number of medieval pottery sherds, as well as two sherds of Late Saxon pottery, although no concentrations were noted in this area.

Full Description
14 November 1986. Fenland fieldwalking weathered ploughsoil, some regeneration of cereal (S1). Field northwest of road at Emorsgate.
Odd medieval sherds. TSC EL.
Also two Late Saxon sherds.
