Summary

Fieldwalking in 1987 by the Fenland Survey noted a general scatter of medieval pottery sherds. A possible medieval saltern mound was also identified in the south-west corner of this field, which is now recorded separately as NHER 66665.

Context 1 general scatter medieval sherds.
Context 2 at 5466 2040: Saltern mound in southwest corner, 1.5m high, some burnt silt deposits, one medieval sherds on top.
