Full Description
March 1986. Field GF47. Field walking, good conditions ploughed and harrowed.
Prehistoric flints and sherd.
Medieval to post medieval sherds; Ipswich and Thetford wares, ?Roman and ?Early Saxon sherds.
Lava fragments, hone, undated sherds and copper alloy sheet.
Medieval tiles.

1 medieval horse harness 'banner' and 1 unidentified silver object.

The medieval silver object was submitted as potential Treasure and is listed in (S2) as a silver-gilt spoon handle fragment.
