August and September 1986. 'Field walking' and pond digging and renovation of house (house post 1807, see (S1), another marked to north now gone).
Much 18th and 19th century rubbish including 2 sherds glazed earthenware in spoil from pond.
1 sherd glazed Grimston in vegetable plot.
