Map

Decoy airfield, World War Two.
Bunker stated to remain at east end.
Information from Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum.

This seems alarmingly close to Stiffkey Camp (NHER 12747). ? this the field from which the targets launched for the camp. Bunker at site NHER 33897 is said locally to have been connected with this.
E. Rose (NAU), 3 December 1986.

The latter is correct, the 'bunker at east end' is in fact at site NHER 33897.
