1986. Survey.
Though suggested as hall-house, probably a three cell two storeyed lobby entrance house of about 1600, service rooms altered to one room with extra north stack in later 17th century. West wing ('dairy' on listing) contemporary servants quarters above farm buildings, with inserted doorway with original inscription 1639, thus postdating construction. Very much 19th century alteration in two periods, about 1820 and 1890. Now under restoration.
