German gold gulden for Sigismund, 1410 to 37; Frankfurt. Obverse; St John MONET ? OC FRANCFORD; reverse; SIGISMUND ROMNORVM REX Reichsapfel in quatrefoil. Polaroid (S1) NCM.
Identified by E. B. Green (NCM).
W. Milligan (NCM), 18 November 1986.

Exact findspot provided February 1987. Coroner informed; coin returned to owner. Reference to (S2) provided by B. Cook, (British Museum, Coins and Medals), 12 January 1987.
