Fieldwalking here in 1987 recovered several Roman and medieval pottery sherds along with a single prehistoric worked flint.

4 February 1987. South of road. Fenland fieldwalking on weathered soil, young cereal but some beet, rubbish still on surface. Sandy soil west, increasingly loamy east.
Odd medieval sherds including one possible Roman sherd and one worked flint.
Finds held by NCM.
