Full Description
Date and circumstances of discovery unknown. Presumed metal detector find from southwest Norfolk/northwest Suffolk area.
Purchased late 1986 by a member of Ipswich metal detector club from someone 'in the Weeting area'.
Roman bronze proto-crossbow brooch, complete - photographed.
