Summary

Chapel Cottage is a 17th century house of coursed flint and brick, with a pantiled roof. This two storey building has an attic and a tall plinth and projecting brick course below its ground floor windows.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, 17th century. Coursed flint with brick dressings. Pantiles, single range, three windows. Twp storeys and attic. Tall rendered plinth. Projecting course of bricks below ground floor sill level. Late 19th-century three-light casements. Very small openings with brick hood moulds to right of porch and upper floor left...Blocked openings in right hand gable with square brick hood moulds.
Interior: left and right rooms with ovolo moulded beams, large fire places and tiled floors."
