Summary

Fenland field walking in March 1987 on weathered soil north of the bend of the dyke recovered a sparse spread of prehistoric pot boilers but no struck flints.

24 March 1987. Fenland fieldwalking on weathered soil which had been newly drilled.
A sparse spread pot boilers (but no flints) recovered from the edge of a sandy ledge above peaty depression. Scatter area 30m (east-west) x 22m (north-south) at 5.5m OD. Reference PEN 9 on (S1).
Finds held by NCM.
