Summary

This church is basically of Norman date, as typified by the south door which dates to around 1200. At some point the tower became ruinous, but it was restored in the 18th century. Further alterations were conducted in the 19th and 20th centuries. Inside there are a good number of floor tombs, although some of these are damaged.

Basically Norman, south door of around 1200, altered around 1300, in 15th and 16th century.
Tower at some time apparently became ruinous and was restored in 18th century.
Futher alterations 19th century and 1909.
Good set of floor tombs, damaged.
