Full Description
1986-1987. Found in fieldwalking area on gridded system.
Base sherd, with cheese wire mark, soft with mica inclusions, Roman?
Several medieval sherds including 12th-13th century green glazed Grimston.

Finder's dissertation enlarges on this to say one hundred sherds of 13th-15th century ware were found, and much 17th and 19th century pottery, but no 16th century.
