Summary

A medieval hollow way survives as an earthwork on this site. Field walking recovered prehistoric flints, and pottery dating from the medieval and the post medieval periods.

Flint, medieval and post medieval sherds.
173a is short stretch of ditched hollow way, unusual survival in area.
