Summary

In 1986 fragments of two Roman pewter plates were found. It is very probable that they were originally part of the hoard recorded as NHER 9188.

December 1986. In hedge alongside footpath.
Near complete plate and part base of another adhering to inside. Clearly a stray from hoard site NHER 9188, now makes eleven plates.
