Summary

Fieldwalking in this area in around 1985 recovered a scatter of early medieval wares and iron slag as well as a single sherd of Roman pottery.

Information from source [1] on 3 November 1987; material not seen.
[1] said he had reported the material before, and description sounds very much like site NHER 11343 across road to east, but [1] was certain these finds were west of the road.
