Summary

Fenland fieldwalking in 1987 recovered several prehistoric flints and a number of medieval and Roman pottery sherds from the ground surface. Metal-detecting between 2009 and before 2016 recovered a post-medieval coin as well as a medieval finger-ring, key, buckle and figurative strap fitting or clasp; a medieval/post-medieval strap fitting; and a post-medieval bullet mould.

Full Description

16 November 1987. Fenland fieldwalking, loam soil weathered with young cereal crop.
Reasonable number of medieval sherds scattered over field also some flints. Also two Nar Valley sherds.
No obvious concentrations. Site SRY AC.
Finds held by NCM.
