14th century copper alloy oval seal matrix with facetted handle ending in trefoil terminal.
Legend SAVNCTA CATERINA (Saint Catherine).
Motif in centre is St Catherine holding a wheel with a bush for martyr's palm on each side.
Exceptionally fine example.
