3 December 1987. Fenland fieldwalking, good conditions, young cereal.
Small spread of Roman pottery on south levee of roddon.
However this area east of track from farm is at least half a metre higher than fields to west, so could be later reclamation. May thus disguise extent of spread.
Pottery over area no more than about 15m diameter.
