NHER 24289 (Building record) - 12 St Ann's Street (former Docks Board college, North Hirne)

December 1951. Listed Grade II.
18th century brick house with 13th century arch in wall at rear. Brick, rendered and rusticated on ground floor, slate roof. Two storeys and attic. Six bays and dormers. Simple pedimented doorway. Some moulded beam casings.
