Full Description
24 March 1988. Fenland fieldwalking, weathered ploughed and broken up - reasonable.
Context 1 general scatter. MRM BH.
Couple of flints only, one the nearest thing to a blade, comes from within context 2.
Context 2 at 7028 1066. MRM 37.
Concentration of pot boilers sparse to moderate also the afore mentioned flint. Burnt flints spread from a patch of sand down to the peat. 45m north to south x 33m at 3.7m OD.
