Summary

These two properties were formerly part of a single house but the building now operates as an office. It dates to the 18th century and is made from red brick with a pantile roof. The central door has attached Ionic columns supporting a pulvinated frieze and pediment. There are sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Interior features of interest include a fine central staircase and high quality panelling and fireplace details in the ground floor east room.

Listing Description:
Former house, now office. 18th century red brick and black pantiles. Three storeys, five bays. Central door with attached Ionic columns supporting pulvinated frieze and pediment. Moulded and eared inner surround with keystone.
Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches with keystone. One 17th century window in rear wall. Rusticated brick quoins. Box cornice. Hipped roof. Fine central staircase and high quality panelling and fireplace details in ground floor east room.
