Summary

This is the site of St Nicolas' church, the parish church of Great Bittering (Bittering Street). The church may have disappeared by the 16th century, and had certainly vanished by the 18th century. The parish boundary between Beetley and Gressenhall makes a detour around the site of the churchyard.
