Summary

Two circular patches of burnt flints were noted in 1964. A piece of prehistoric pottery was recovered from the same area in 1979.

October 1964. Casual Observation.
Two circular patches of pot boilers were observed by J. Webb. The patches measured 4.5m (5 yards) in diameter, touching north to south, and were located on alluvial deposits.

1979. Casual Find.
One prehistoric sherd was found on this site by P. Wade-Martins (NAU). The sherd has now been lost.
