Summary

Metal detecting at this site in 1993 and 1995 recovered a Middle Saxon coin and a medieval copper alloy belt fitting or buckle.

1995. Metal detector find.
Medieval belt fitting or buckle. See for comparison pendant mounts: No.1198 in (S1).
It could be a buckle with incurved pin bar, and scalloped outer edge with lobes between each scallop and two decorated 'arms' projecting onto the frame.
