Summary

Part of a probably Roman but possibly medieval pottery vessel was found by chance at this location in 1970. Subsequent metal-detecting in 2010 and 2022 recovered a medieval coin; a medieval French jetton and an incomplete medieval/post-medieval cast copper alloy pestle.
