Full Description
In (S1) is an acknowlegement by the Boro' Museum of:
'A Roman cup from Harpley Heath' donor Mr. W. Norman, February 7th 1868.
'Some Roman pottery with bones from Harpley Heath', donor Mr W. Norman, May 9 1868.
Does this convey anything to you? I can't find any pottery to be identified. ?Is this by any chance the stuff from the Harpley barrows dug by F.R. Lukis?
See (S2).
