A Neolithic polished axehead was recovered from the garden of the cottage. It had suffered some damage and one side had also been repolished.

1958. Find from the garden of Grays Cottage with the location of house provided by the Post Office.
A Neolithic polished stone axehead was recovered. The axehead was broken off short at the butt end and was also damaged and partly repolished on one side.
