Summary

A series of enclosures are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. The enclosures are probably part of a field system, and may be associated with a nearby Roman settlement, see NHER 10178.

Is is possible that these relate to Roman activity as indicated by the proximity of NHER 10178, a settlement site, to the east. The ditches are probably part of field systems and animal enclosures.
