Around 1955. Stray Find.
Found on ploughed field at [1] (Context 1):
Early Bronze Age 'Beaker-type' copper alloy double-spiral headed pin. See correspondence (S1), illustration (S2) and photographs (S3) in file. For comparison see (S8).
Donated to Norwich Castle Museum in 1974 (NWHCM : 1974.556).

Samian form Dr 37. Body sherd, with ovolos above rectangular panel defined by small bead-rows top and sides. Lion, or boar, small soldier(?) with shield and sword crouched below, human figure to right. Probably South Gaulish (late). ?late 1st/early 2nd century.
