Summary

In 1969 a Neolithic polished flint axehead was recovered from the ground surface at this location. The flint was iron stained, and the cutting edge was chipped.

Neolithic polished flint axehead - surface chipped. Flint iron stained, possibly from gravel. See drawing (S1).
