Full Description
Large house dated 1754, but much of fabric seems to be of an earlier date.
Part contains reused stonework, also found in garden, said to be from priory.
Demolition of attached cottages revealed medieval and 17th century pottery.
See notes in file.
E. Rose (NLA), 9 September 2002.
