Summary

The Old Goods Shed is a warehouse built in 1844 or 1845, of brick with a slate roof. The entrance is in the north gable wall, with two outer openings for goods entry, and the interior has a gabled roof with queen posts, tiebeams and cross braces.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Warehouse. 1844. Brick with slate roof. West return with five buttresses separating former arches. Late 20th-century building partly blocks them. Entrance in north gable. Two outer niches for goods entry, that to west blocked. Between them is a blind niche and an inserted sash window. String course at eaves line. Gabled roof.
INTERIOR. Queen post roof, tie beams and cross braces."
