Full Description
1942.
Area of burnt flints found.
R. R. Clarke (NCM).
August 1985. '350 yards (45.7m) east of crossroads, 35 feet (10.6m) from road'. Context 2. [1].
Roman bronze brooch; Colchester derivative. String transverse ribs on side wings. Edge grooves down bow. Mid to late 1st century AD. Also five flint flakes.

1 Late Iron Age pottery sherd.
3 Roman coins, brooches and a bird figurine from the lid of a vessel.
Early Saxon bow brooch.
Late Saxon/medieval padlock key.
5 medieval coins, 1 sherd of pottery, buckles, strap-ends and strap fittings.
1 medieval/post-medieval pottery sherd, a button, buckle, Jew's harp and a fragmentary tailor's thimble or sewing ring.
2 post-medieval coins, harness mount and a lead powder holder cover, flask cap or measure.
