March 2006. Norfolk NMP.
Judging from the site’s location, the description above actually refers to the northern edge of Breydon Channel. This site may equate to the wreck visible on aerial photographs approximately 165m to the northeast (NHER 43458).
S. Tremlett (NMP), 29 March 2006.

June 2015. Field visit.
Given the inaccesibility of this wreck/hulk, its location on the northern side of Breydon Channel was estimated by the Norfolk Rapid Coastal Survey using grid references (taken by a handheld GPS unit) on the southern bank of Breydon Water. During the June 2015 site visit it was clear the wreck/hulk is located adjacent to the Ship Drain, to the northeast of the location recorded by the Norfolk Rapid Coastal Survey. As a result, the NMP's observation that this site may equate to NHER 43458 is correct.
D. Robertson (HES), 5 June 2015.
