Summary

This structure, which used to be a barn, was described in 1983 as dating to the early 18th century. This two-storey structure is of rendered brick with a pantile roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Barn, now health and sports club. Early 18th century, altered [in] late 20th century. Rendered and colourwashed red brick. Pantiled roof. Exterior: Two storeys. Central 20th-century doors. Two late 20th-century casements right and left, and three late 20th-century casements to first floor. Gabled roof.
Interior: ground floor partitioned and converted. Roof inaccessible. Forms a group with Nos 24 and 26 Station Street [NHER 34724]."
