Full Description
1962. Stray Find.
From field west of Cut-Off Channel on opposite side of road to former Prisoner of War camp - found on ground slightly higher than surrounding peaty soil:
2 Early Neolithic leaf-shaped flint arrowheads (incomplete).
2 Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged arrowhead (one large and one smaller).
1 prehistoric flint scraper.
1 perforated bone disc.
