Summary

An early 18th century house with four giant pilasters channel (rusticated) and a panelled pediment. Early 19th century extension to east. Tall parapet hiding very unusual roof of 5 small gabled roofs, parallel and visble to rear. Very good interiors including stair with iron twist balusters on open string. A lot of raised and fielded panelling.Boundary walls to rea with bee boles.

Pilastered central door with fanlight, 2 storeys, 5 bays.
Listed Grade II, see (S1).

Rusticated pilasters each side central bay: upper window here arched.
Fine brick garden wall with iron railings in front of facade.
(S2) dates the house to between 1710 and 20, but there are indications that it could be late 17th century with the parapet being a later addition.
