July 2006. Building Survey.
The building has two rebuilt brick Dutch gables and non-functioning chimney stacks to the north and south. The roof is an example of mid-17th century and this along with the large chimney stack indicate that the building is 17th century. Below attic level the style of the fixtures and fittings seems to indicate that major remodelling took place in the 18th century with some updating in the Victorian period.
See unpublished report (S4) an photograph (S5) for further information.
