Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century. Red brick. Steeply-pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys and attic. Three windows. Three-light casements, first floor with leaded panes, ground floor segmental brick arched heads. Brick gabled porch off centre to right. Attic window in end wall. Brick chimney stack."

March 1999.
The building may have been altered since (S1). It was now seen only from the public footpath to the east but the roof seems to be all of one level now. The right hand bay is in dark ed brick apparently 18th/19th century but most of the east elevation is in pale brick which looks like a very recent replacement.
