Summary

Two early 19th century brick shops with flats built in 1816 by the Lynn Paving Commissioners' surveyor, Samuel Newham. The curved frontage has a late 20th century plate-glass shop front.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Two shops with flats over, built 1816. Gault brick façade over red brick returns. Slate roof. Three storeys in seven bays on curved frontage, half of which is in Saturday Market Place. To right is a panelled door under a hood on scrolled consoles leading to flats above."
