"18th century, southern portion approximately one third of former barn. Red brick with pantile roof, hipped.
Ludham House [NHER 47412] and Outbuilding [NHER 47411] and Westward House [NHER 47442] and Outbuildings [NHERs 47443 and 47762] form a group."

See building report filed under NHER 47442 which notes that this is an older flint building extended in brick in the late 18th or 19th century, now with a domestic-style façade of around 1820, possibly a lodging for employees rather than a barn.
