Summary

This red brick house dates to the mid 19th century. It takes its name from the fact that the glazing bars of the windows are in the form of Gothic tracery. The main door also has tracery.

May 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
House. Early 19th century. Brick with pantiled roof. 2 storeys. Symmetrical facade. Door in fluted case under entablature and flat hood flanked by one cross casement right and left, each with 4 arched lights under flat hood. Hood mould on label stops to each. 3 similar first floor windows, that to centre narrower. Gabled roof with internal end stacks. Outshut to north with one tack. Outshut to north with casement under segmental arch and 3-light casements to return.
