Summary

At some time prior to December 1953 two prehistoric worked flints were recovered on the land of Park Farm, Croxton. These were donated to the Norwich Castle Museum and were originally recorded as a Neolithic scraper and a 'disc'/core. The latter was subsequently identified as a potentially Palaeolithic implement.

Found on Park Farm Croxton:
1 Neolithic flint scraper and 1 "disc - possible core".
These objects were donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1953.201).

The object originally recorded as a "disc" was subsequently identified as a potentially Palaeolithic implement by P. Robins (NCM).
