Full Description
January 22 and 31 1958. Casual Find.
Late Saxon and medieval pottery and animal bones (sheep and ox) fragments were found in the garden of the Headmaster's house during construction of drain. The Late Saxon pottery includes large Thetford ware storage jars.
Finds held by Thetford Museum.
