Full Description
1970. Casual Observation.
Sherds and burnt clay from spoil out of trench in middle of buildings.
Sherds seemed to be fairly thick in the section from just under the floor to 0.9m (3ft) below.
The bottom of the trench had not gone into natural.
Thetford Ware and possibly kiln clay and possible wasters and slag.
Finds held by NCM.
